REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Registration process is as follows:

1. All forms must be filled out completely before care is provided. This is a State Law requirement! You have 30 days to complete the Health Assessment Form. Once 30 days has elapsed, your child will be dropped from our program. Please start on this process immediately.

2. All supplies must be brought to childcare before service is provided.

3. A one-time, NON REFUNDABLE registration fee is charged to cover administrative cost, and secures the child's enrollment provided the child becomes a student at Higher Learning Academy.
One Child: $20.00
Family: $30.00 for every two children

4. 1 week’s childcare payment must be paid before the child(ren) official start date.
